Recorded watchlist rationale. IV3 has not inferred that a transaction exists.

No company-level relationship paths are exposed by the current IV3 Aqua read layer.

This is an explicit knowledge gap, not evidence that no relationships exist.

• Who owns the company, and what would create willingness to transact?
• Which technologies and differentiators have been independently verified?
• Which people or organizations provide a credible relationship path into this company?
• What evidence would disprove the reason IV3 is watching?
